i really enjoyed my stay at the coachman. the electric blanket was a cozy touch, perfect for warming the bed. the hot pressure in the shower was fantastic after a day of exploring nearby attractions. plus, the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals.

Staff were super friendly the hot tub was perfect after a busy day. Good location near gardens and forests made it easy to explore.

The Comfort Suite with Hot Tub was a mixed bag. The room was clean and spacious, which was a plus. But, the toilet had issues. the door wouldn’t lock and the shower curtain didn’t close properly. The towels weren’t great either. they felt worn out. The hot tub was decent, but the rooms could use a bit of a refresh. Still, the quick check-in and check-out were smooth, and I appreciated the spare blankets for the cold night. Just needs some upgrades!

Family with children, good option

The staff were really helpful during our stay , making us feel comfortable right from the start. the room had a nice amount of space, and we loved the spa bath after a day of exploring.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but still justifiable for what we got.

Our family loved the spa bath. it was perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring nearby attractions like the awesome Te Puia. The room had a nice amount of space, and we appreciated the cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen for family meals.

Great room with fantastic spa!

Our stay was really enjoyable! The room was spacious and the private hot tub was a fantastic feature that we made great use of. The hosts were super accommodating. they really went above and beyond when we had a small issue at check-in, resolving it promptly. The only downside was a bit of noise from the upstairs, which could be a distraction at times.
